Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups of spinach
- 1 1/2 cups of pancake mix
- 2/3 cups of water
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for a few minutes or until the spinach is finely blended with the other ingredients.
- Heat your pan or griddle.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto into your pan or griddle.
- Cook until you see bubbles and the edges of your pancake are dry, Flip over and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Then stack those babies, add some fruits, whipped cream, or maple syrup and serve.
