A great St. Patrick’s Day Snack
Ingredients
Scale
2 dozen eggs
2L of vinegar
2L of water
1/2 cup of pickling spice
4–5 bay leaves
Additional spices to taste
Instructions
Hard boil the eggs then peel them and place them into a jar that seals.
Boil the water, vinegar, spice and bay leaves.
Pour the brine into the jars so that all the eggs are submerged.
Let sit for at least 3 months.
