- 2 cups Roasted Almonds
Instructions
- Take 2 cups of roasted whole almonds and put them in your food processor. Now blend on low setting for 20 minutes. I stopped my processor a few times to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- At around the 10 to 15 minute mark, you should start to notice a change in the almond grounds as they group together.
- At 20 minutes you’ll see that glorious almond butter. Keep processing a little bit more until it reached the consistency that you want.
- Once it reaches the right consistency for you, transfer to an airtight container, like a mason jar and keep in the fridge. It will stay fresh for approximately 3 weeks,
