I am not a football fan. I don’t understand the sport, nor do I care to. I don’t really understand the hype when it comes to the halftime show BUT want to know what I do like about today? The super bowl party our friends throw each year. It’s the perfect combo of friends and great snack food because who doesn’t love an abundant amount of wings, fries, dips, dessert, and hopefully, someone brought some apples and caramel dip. For this party, I’m bringing the perfect appetizer, bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers. Bacon, cheese, and jalapenos, it’s the perfect snack combo. Not only are these tasty, but they are also so easy to make. AND they’re low carb and keto friendly. Win-win.
